MedExpress had a plan of rapid expansion – multiple new locations a year nationwide. The pace of new MedExpress locations, and the geographical extent of these locations throughout the USA meant that they needed to get these projects done quickly and accurately, and needed a sign management company that could keep up with current and future needs.
In addition to their rapid growth, MedExpress was adamant about accurate branding of their locations. Each location was unique so signs had to be designed, manufactured and installed to keep consistent branding across all locations.
MedExpress chose the "trial order" route. They chose three sign companies, including Egan Sign, and gave each one a series of projects to complete in a given time frame with tight accuracy requirements. Because of Egan Sign's responsiveness, creativity and proactive communication about project statuses, MedExpress then pulled the jobs from the other trial order vendors and asked Egan Sign to complete the entire program.
