Structured program

Start with clarity, finish with clarity

Our client services team creates rollout programs tailored to your needs and vision. They start with a solid design foundation, creating a brand book to standardize your sign types and colors throughout the project. Next, they begin developing program pricing, with a strong commitment to transparency and clarity. This guarantees our clients the best pricing and a solid starting point for budgeting. The goal here is to lay a strong foundation that will not only structure the first project but each one thereafter.

Experienced project management delivers peace of mind

A client-centered approach

Experienced project management drives every Egan signage rollout. We draw on decades of industry knowledge and innovation and apply that experience with the same level of care to every client. Our PMs keep a steady pulse on your goals, timelines and perspectives, so you can focus on what matters most while we handle the details. We take communication very seriously.

Expect clear, regular communication. Good news, bad news, never no news.

Our proven process

At Egan, we start every signage rollout with an in-depth consultation to listen and learn about your company, its journey and your plans for the future. From there, we build a plan tailored to your vision and brand identity. Next, we’ll come on-site for a survey and code check to gain key insights on your properties. Our design team then develops a plan to unify the creative and physical elements of your signage and drive brand recognition. Once design and permitting are complete, our production and installation teams build and install the signage that will captivate your audience.

Detailed signage surveys

To ensure the streamlined execution of your signage project, our experienced survey team conducts thorough on-site surveys. These surveys are essential for understanding site conditions, including dimensions, materials, and how best to mitigate potential challenges that may arise during installation. A typical survey will include:

  • Documenting existing signage with detailed photos and measurements
  • Capturing accurate building elevation measurements
  • Identifying power sources and electrical requirements
  • Evaluating access and building construction for proper installation
  • Assessing site conditions and flag potential issues
  • Ensuring color alignment with building facades

Additionally, we complete a thorough review of your sign code to ensure we follow all city regulations. The site survey, code check review, and customized sign design are then compiled into an organized layout for you to review.
